WOW Store Return & Refund Policy (Printful / Made-to-Order)

Because our products are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wowe.com with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help.

Wrong address / unclaimed packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we may be able to reship it, but reshipping costs may apply.

Returns sent without contacting us

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items can’t be returned (for example, sealed goods).
