Processing Time
All WOW Store products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners (such as Printful). Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before an order is shipped. Processing times may increase during holidays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and items in your order.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method and are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs processing times may cause delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WOW Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wowe.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
WOW Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
